We’re currently seeking a Ford Senior Master Certified Technician to join our fast-paced, high-volume service team. In this role, you’ll work out of your own dedicated bay, handle complex diagnostics, and play a leadership role in maintaining our standards for quality, efficiency, and integrity. You’ll also have opportunities to mentor other technicians and grow your career with a dealership that invests in your success.

Requirements

  • Ford Senior Master Technician Certification required
  • Strong understanding of Ford diagnostic tools and repair procedures
  • Ability to handle complex diagnostics across engine, electrical, driveline, and emission systems
  • Professional demeanor and a strong sense of accountability
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • High standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles using OEM procedures
  • Maintain Ford Senior Master certification and continue pursuing technical growth
  • Mentor and support less experienced technicians when needed
  • Work efficiently and accurately to maximize productivity and maintain repair quality
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors about diagnostics, timelines, and recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized dedicated workspace
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and dealership repair protocols
