About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Ford-certified Senior Master Automotive Technician to join our service team. This role is ideal for a Ford Master Technician with advanced diagnostic and repair experience who takes pride in delivering top-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. As a Senior Master Technician, you will diagnose and repair complex mechanical concerns, perform advanced repairs, and serve as a technical leader within the service department. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ford Certification required (Master Technician preferred)
  • ASE Certification
  • Previous experience working at a Ford dealership
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures
  • Advanced diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and shop equipment
