This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a builder, systems thinker, and technical strategist who can translate lifecycle vision into scalable system, intelligent automation, and measurable business outcomes. The role involves modernizing how marketing systems connect, how lifecycle decisions are automated, and how data, workflows, and AI come together to create better experiences and better performance. In this role, you will own and evolve the core lifecycle technology stack across Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, 6sense, and the broader web and data ecosystem that supports lifecycle intelligence. You will design the systems, workflows, and governance that power lifecycle progression, lead and account routing, database quality, and AI-enabled automation. You will also help guide how Marketing Operations expands toward a more connected Revenue Operations model over time, partnering closely with Sales, Analytics, and Corporate IT teams to build scalable solutions that work across the business. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on expertise in marketing systems with strong business judgment, cross-functional influence, and a passion for improving how teams work through technology, smarter automation, and governed use of AI.
