About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic, execution-oriented marketer to join our team as Senior Marketing Specialist, Revenue Marketing. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our commercial sales organization. You will be responsible for developing and supporting B2B segment marketing campaigns, partnering cross-functionally to execute high-impact programs, and helping manage marketing initiatives that align closely with revenue objectives. This role requires a strategic yet highly execution-oriented marketer who is comfortable managing multiple initiatives, collaborating with internal and external partners, and supporting project management needs across the revenue marketing function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in revenue, demand, or segment marketing roles.
  • Spanish language proficiency (written and spoken) (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Experience supporting or marketing to the Mexico market region.
  • Experience supporting commercial sales teams in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience developing and supporting integrated marketing campaigns that support sales and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and support B2B segment marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and support commercial sales objectives.
  • Create clear, actionable campaign and creative briefs and manage execution in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Operations, etc.).
  • Collaborate with external partners, including content syndication vendors, publication and media partners, and event coordinators.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with target audiences, regional needs, and business priorities, including support for Mexico-based focused initiatives where applicable.
  • Track campaign performance and support reporting, insights, and optimization efforts.
  • Maintain strong operational discipline to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Act as a collaborative partner within the Revenue Marketing team, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and best practices.
