About The Position

The Senior Marketing Specialist drives organizational growth by developing & executing strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, content & events) that are aligned with business goals. This includes full operational responsibility for company website(s), LinkedIn and digital prospecting, industry platforms, trade shows, internal sales materials, and brand asset governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, specialized knowledge in digital or product marketing preferred.
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with SEO and light web design
  • Adept in working with Canva and LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to collaborate utilizing Figma
  • Prior experience utilizing Adobe Suite for asset handling

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant industry experience in manufacturing companies in B2B & long sales cycles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Website ownership: covers copywriting, SEO, blogs, white papers, case studies, and coordination of visual assets, with a focus on inbound relevance and credibility rather than cosmetic design.
  • LinkedIn: will be used as a structured digital prospecting and visibility channel, with LinkedIn Sales Navigator as the primary operating tool for identifying target companies and personas and supporting campaign-based outreach aligned with priority segments.
  • Manage Brunk’s presence on platforms such as Thomasnet, Connex, IndustryNet, and relevant SBA or small-business programs, ensuring profiles are accurate, differentiated, and tracked for inbound activity.
  • Own trade shows end to end, including booth visuals, messaging, materials, and pre- and post-show content, with accountability for lead capture quality and follow-up readiness.
  • Internal responsibilities include sales presentations, capability decks, one-pagers, branded materials, and internal communications, as well as support for company and customer-facing events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team by supporting the management and hygiene of the CRM, ensuring inbound leads from digital channels, industry platforms, and trade shows are properly captured, categorized, and routed, and that campaign activity is visible and usable for Sales follow-up.
  • Centrally govern brand assets with clear structure, version control, and a single source of truth.
  • Marketing support for NPD programs (including Bone Saw and Crank initiatives) is a core responsibility. This includes trade show positioning, landing pages or dedicated websites, and visual storytelling aligned with regulatory boundaries.
  • The role translates approved technical facts into market-facing language in close coordination with the NPD Director.
  • When gaps in internal capabilities exist, identify and manage external contributors while retaining ownership of outcomes.
