About The Position

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to strengthen our ambitious team in Dallas, Texas. You will play a key role in expanding Teltonika’s brand presence across the U.S. and supporting our growth in the North American market through creative and data-driven B2B marketing initiatives. Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. Teltonika is a well-established, internationally operating group of companies with extensive experience in the design and production of high-quality Internet of Things devices. With a strong global presence and proven delivery capabilities, we continuously expand our portfolio, operations, and market reach, providing reliable, scalable, made-in-Europe solutions to customers worldwide. We operate in the fields of telematics, networking, telemedicine, EV charging, and security solutions – and we are continuously expanding our teams to support further growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience (technology or industrial sector preferred).
  • Proven track record in lead generation and campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with MDF (Market Development Fund) programs.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized B2B marketing strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Manage digital and partner marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with global direction.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including case studies, product presentations, newsletters, social media posts, and sales collateral.
  • Support lead generation and marketing automation programs through MDF (Market Development Funds).
  • Organize and promote events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance market visibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build engagement with the Teltonika brand.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve tactics based on insights.
  • Coordinate with local media agencies to promote Teltonika’s products and solutions.
