We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Global Campaign Operations team. This role will serve as a core technical owner of Marketo and campaign-related martech, partnering closely with marketing, analytics, sales operations, and offshore execution teams to scale campaign execution, improve data quality, and drive operational efficiency. This is an individual contributor role for someone who can support the design, build, and optimization of campaign workflows, integrations, and automation in partnership with senior team members. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing assigned systems and processes with limited guidance, and is interested in growing into increased responsibility and leadership over time. The Marketing Operations - Campaign Operations team, led by our Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, is dedicated to leveraging Marketo and other marketing technology tools to support and enhance our global marketing initiatives. He brings nearly a decade of experience in Marketing Operations and is a certified Marketo expert. The team works closely with various marketing teams to launch campaigns, improve processes, and ensure data integrity. We are part of a larger Marketing Operations organization, headed by the Director of Marketing Operations, that supports global initiatives spanning across multiple teams, offering opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.
