About The Position

Horizon3.ai helps organizations find and fix security weaknesses before attackers can exploit them. Our autonomous security platform uses AI and automation to continuously validate security posture, helping enterprises reduce risk and strengthen defenses at scale. The Senior Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager is responsible for designing, operating, and optimizing the systems, data models, and performance measurement that power Horizon3.ai’s marketing engine. This role serves as the technical and analytical backbone of marketing, ensuring campaigns are scalable, measurable, and trusted by leadership. This individual partners closely with Campaign Management, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, and Finance to ensure marketing data integrity, reporting accuracy, and clear visibility into marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar).
  • Strong experience with marketing analytics, dashboarding, and attribution modeling.
  • Comfort working with Finance on budget management and ROI analysis.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise or account-based go-to-market motions.
  • Familiarity with BI tools, data warehouses, or advanced reporting techniques.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or data modeling concepts.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or highly technical B2B markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own the configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization of marketing systems including Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Design and maintain scalable data models, lifecycle stages, and campaign tracking standards.
  • Ensure system reliability, integrations, and data consistency across the marketing and revenue stack.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing data architecture and system best practices.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for campaign performance, funnel metrics, and pipeline contribution.
  • Develop and manage attribution models that tie marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports used by marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with Finance and marketing leadership on budget tracking, forecasting, and spend analysis.
  • Monitor marketing spend against performance and ROI metrics.
  • Support planning cycles with data-driven insights into investment effectiveness.
  • Partner with Campaign Management to ensure campaigns are properly tracked and measured.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to align lifecycle execution with data models and reporting needs.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations to ensure alignment across lead, account, and opportunity data.
