Witham Family Hotels is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager who believes marketing is more than promotion. It is storytelling, culture-building, and shaping the guest experience before someone ever walks through our doors. In this position, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies across our portfolio of properties while actively producing high-quality creative content. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will turn strategic vision into actionable campaigns, manage timelines, mentor team members, and ensure consistency across all channels including digital, print, social media, email, and on-property materials. This role is ideal for someone who values culture, loves storytelling, and wants to see the tangible impact of their work on both guest experiences and business growth. Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing or creative experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or multi-property brands
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; social media and analytics experience a plus
  • Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to turn strategy into hands-on creative work while managing multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of hotel operations preferred
  • Professional, collaborative, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing strategies across all properties, turning goals into campaigns that highlight our culture and tell our story.
  • Develop and produce advertising and creative content across digital, print, social media, email, and on-property materials.
  • Mentor and support marketing team members, helping prioritize projects and maintain high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns support business goals and brand consistency.
  • Maintain brand standards, quality, and compliance across all marketing initiatives.
