160 Driving Academy is looking for a high-impact Senior Marketing Manager to help lead the next phase of growth for our business. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role is for a marketer who knows how to turn strategy into execution, build campaigns that perform, create content that converts, and drive complex projects across a fast-moving organization. This is not a maintenance role. We want someone who can bring structure, urgency, creativity, and accountability to the marketing function — someone who is equally comfortable developing the plan, writing the brief, launching the campaign, managing production, reviewing performance, and improving the system behind it. You will play a central role in strengthening our brand, accelerating lead generation, improving marketing execution, and expanding the digital impact of the business across both consumer and business audiences.
