About The Position

Logic20/20 is seeking a results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead and support firmwide marketing initiatives that bring our offerings to market, elevate our employer brand, and shape how we tell our story to clients, candidates, partners, and the broader industry. As a key member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role owns integrated marketing, public relations, brand, and partnership efforts that strengthen market visibility and credibility while driving measurable revenue, pipeline, and talent outcomes. The ideal candidate blends strategic brand leadership with hands-on execution and is equally comfortable shaping narrative, advising senior leaders, and delivering high-performing programs aligned to business growth. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or brand leadership, preferably in consulting, professional services, or B2B environments.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing and external communications strategies tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong background in PR, partnerships, employer branding, and executive-level storytelling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for brand consistency.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach—comfortable setting direction and driving execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the Marketing Director to strengthen and evolve the firm’s brand positioning, value proposition, and voice across all external channels.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across marketing, PR, partnerships, and employer branding efforts.
  • Contribute to integrated marketing programs that support demand generation, brand awareness, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and People teams to strengthen Logic20/20’s employer brand.
  • Develop compelling narratives and content that communicate who we are, how we work, and why people choose Logic20/20.
  • Ensure alignment between candidate experience, employee voice, and external brand perception.
  • Lead PR strategy, including media outreach, press relationships, announcements, and thought leadership.
  • Increase brand visibility and credibility with clear ties to pipeline influence and revenue impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on external messaging and reputation management.
  • Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and support business development efforts.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, sponsorships, and industry events that drive lead generation, opportunity creation, and account engagement.
  • Represent Logic20/20 externally through partnerships, sponsorships, and industry engagement.
  • Build and manage social and external marketing channels to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable conversion.
  • Use marketing analytics, attribution frameworks, and AI-enabled tools to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and report on marketing’s contribution to revenue and hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with sales and recruiting teams to align campaigns with go-to-market priorities and track downstream impact.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders across the firm.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with growth priorities.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and external partners as needed.
