Senior Marketing Manager In this pivotal role, you will lead multi-year brand, go-to-market, and distribution strategies for Crop Science. You will translate strategy into scalable programs, budgets, and KPIs that deliver enterprise value and strengthen the customer experience. Your efforts will drive cross-functional alignment with sales leadership, finance, program operations, product management, and customer experience to enable consistent field execution. This role is accountable for advancing our Commercial Ambition, including the Farmer Experience and Aligned Partner Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field;
  • Proven success leading complex initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across functions;
  • Expert financial acumen with experience managing significant budgets, incentive portfolios, and ROI trade-offs;
  • Expert strategic thinking and problem-solving with a track record of translating strategy into execution;
  • Strong understanding of agricultural markets and channel/grower dynamics;
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA;
  • 10+ years in marketing, sales strategy, distribution management, or related fields within agriculture or similar complex industries.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of short- and long-term brand and go-to-market strategies, including distribution considerations;
  • Set enterprise-aligned priorities and convert them into plans, programs, incentives, and enablement materials that deliver Commercial Ambition outcomes;
  • Oversee accurate budget planning and stewardship for programs, commissions/incentives, and field activities; ensure ROI discipline and investment optimization;
  • Guide program design and rollout to support customer engagement and channel performance; ensure enablement and adoption;
  • Align strategic priorities across senior stakeholders (sales leadership, finance, product management, program operations, regional/field teams);
  • Lead enterprise-level innovation events and forums that accelerate alignment and execution;
  • Leverage competitive intelligence, market data, and performance analytics to shape strategy and investment choices;
  • Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to elevate ROI and customer experience;
  • Ensure integration with broader portfolio, distribution, partner strategy, and enterprise commercial strategies;
  • Model Farmer Experience leadership and embed partner strategy alignment into field activation and governance.
