About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and elevate Gallagher Security’s brand presence across the Americas region. Based in our Canton office or available remotely across the United States, this role plays a key part in shaping regional marketing strategy, driving demand, and enabling our sales and channel partners through impactful, integrated marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across the US, Canada, and LATAM, aligning closely with global marketing and regional sales priorities. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring our brand is visible, compelling, and consistently delivering value to end users and partners. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Americas, you’ll lead a small team while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, global marketing, and external partners to deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience within B2B environments
  • Proven ability to position and communicate complex solutions in a clear, compelling way
  • Strong background in brand, campaign management, and demand generation
  • Experience managing budgets and measuring marketing performance and ROI
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and marketing tools
  • Confident leadership style with the ability to mentor and collaborate across teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in technology or security marketing (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Leading regional marketing strategy and execution across the Americas
  • Managing the Americas marketing budget and tracking performance/ROI
  • Driving brand awareness through PR, digital, social, and thought leadership
  • Overseeing integrated campaigns aligned to verticals, products, and sales priorities
  • Supporting product and solution launches with regional campaign execution
  • Partnering with Sales, Demand Gen, and Channel teams to align marketing activity with growth goals
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance
  • Championing CRM usage for lead generation and marketing effectiveness
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a small marketing team
  • Building strong relationships across internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
