About The Position

Topia is the leader in providing technology solutions to manage all forms of employee movement and work location flexibility effectively, at scale and with a firm focus on compliance. Our secure, cloud-based platform is used to support businesses before, during and after their people move or travel to wherever they need to be and helps companies ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will own all areas of the marketing function including demand gen, marketing ops, content, and brand. This is a hands-on role where you'll be setting direction one day and writing copy or pulling campaign reports the next. You'll work closely with senior leadership with real visibility into the broader business.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, with meaningful time at small or mid-size companies within the B2B or SaaS space
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRMs)
  • A true generalist who's comfortable owning brand, content, demand gen, and everything in between
  • AI-curious and AI-fluent — you're already experimenting with AI tools and excited to push further
  • Thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly when priorities shift
  • Equally comfortable thinking creatively and analyzing data
  • A natural mentor who lifts the people around them
  • Scrappy and resourceful — no task is too small if it moves the business forward
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in or exposure to the global mobility industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels — email, paid, organic, social, events, and more
  • Lead with an AI-first mindset, actively using AI tools to work smarter, move faster, and do more with a lean team
  • Support pipeline growth through demand generation campaigns and sales enablement materials
  • Partner with the marketing team on content and brand consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints
  • Help shape product marketing — positioning, messaging, and launch coordination
  • Mentor and elevate teammates around you — sharing knowledge, setting a high bar, and bringing others along
  • Track marketing performance, report on key metrics, and continuously optimize based on data
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and leadership to keep marketing aligned to business priorities
