About The Position

Moen and House of Rohl, part of Fortune Brands Innovations, are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our paid and organic social media strategy, as well as influencer marketing initiatives. This role will own the vision, strategy, and execution across social channels for both brands - building awareness, driving engagement, and fueling brand love. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a proven track record of scaling social media programs, growing communities, and partnering with influencers to deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience with a focus on social media and influencer marketing.
  • Proven experience managing paid social budgets and driving measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and influencer marketing software.
  • Strong mix of creative sensibility and analytical rigor; able to craft a compelling TikTok idea one day and report on CPMs and ROAS the next.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience in consumer goods, lifestyle, or home/health/wellness brands a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the end-to-end social strategy across paid and organic channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, emerging platforms) for Moen and House of Rohl.
  • Oversee the content calendar, aligning messaging with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal priorities across two distinct brand voices.
  • Partner with creative and media teams to deliver breakthrough social content, testing new formats (Reels, Shorts, livestreams) to drive engagement.
  • Manage paid social performance, optimizing campaigns against awareness, engagement, and conversion KPIs.
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to ensure Moen and House of Rohl show up in relevant, authentic ways.
  • Build and scale an influencer program across tiers (macro, micro, nano), identifying creators who align with the brand values and audience segments of both Moen and House of Rohl.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and reporting to ensure ROI.
  • Develop always-on influencer strategies alongside campaign-based activations, leveraging UGC to fuel social and e-commerce.
  • Partner with PR and brand teams to amplify influencer storytelling across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Manage agency partners and social media specialists to ensure flawless execution across both brands.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, media, PR, e-commerce, and product teams to integrate social and influencer into the broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Educate and inspire internal stakeholders on social best practices, platform innovations, and influencer impact.
  • Define success metrics and build a robust reporting framework for social and influencer efforts.
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights to senior leadership, tying social and influencer activity back to business outcomes for Moen and House of Rohl.
  • Continuously optimize based on learnings, testing new formats, audiences, and creative approaches.
