The Sr. Manager of Marketing for Lip Lab is responsible for leading, creating, executing and driving innovative, yet efficient 360 marketing strategies and plans that shape the future of this emerging Brand. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, requiring work with multiple brand stakeholders, including creative, social, media, influencer, brand management and store teams. You will be the quarterback of a highly talented, passionate team in an established beauty incubator. With the goal of on-budget, best in class execution of consumer centric marketing campaigns, this person must be passionate about the beauty industry, demonstrate excellent teamwork, entrepreneurial spirit and communication skills. This role reports into the VP, Global Marketing.
