Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Extensive experience in orthopaedics marketing (robotics experience is a plus)
- Proven success in upstream / downstream marketing roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and KOL management skills
- Technical background (e.g., bioengineering) welcomed
Responsibilities
- Leading global marketing strategy and execution for our robotics platform
- Supporting a high volume of product launches across US and international markets
- Developing cohesive marketing strategies and value propositions for the robotics ecosystem
- Managing user advisory boards and innovation councils
- Driving product innovation through surgeon engagement and user group feedback
- Collaborating cross-functionally with portfolio teams and international stakeholders
- Shaping launch strategy and commercialization readiness
- Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
