About The Position

In this role, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives and business development efforts for clients across B2C and B2B channels, focusing on driving growth and delivering measurable impact. You will partner with account and client marketing teams to identify opportunities, develop scalable marketing strategies, and execute high-quality campaigns. The role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing the delivery of marketing services from ideation to execution. You will also leverage data-driven insights to optimize strategies, standardize marketing templates, and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers exposure to innovative marketing programs, sponsorships, and analytics-driven campaigns in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 10+ years of marketing experience within the financial services industry
  • Proven expertise in lifecycle marketing strategy, B2C and B2B campaigns, and delivering advisory services for clients
  • Strong experience in client relationship management and business development for marketing services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with ability to create compelling marketing presentations and reports
  • Analytical mindset, able to translate data into actionable marketing strategies and insights
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in ambiguous environments while driving business impact
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects and collaborating across diverse teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account and client marketing teams to identify business development opportunities and deliver strategic thought leadership
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, ensuring prioritization across multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Develop standardized, scalable marketing templates and materials to enhance efficiency and consistency in client engagements
  • Apply data-driven insights and industry research to inform marketing strategies and present recommendations to clients
  • Manage third-party partners supporting creative, strategy, or go-to-market activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, technology, product, and marketing teams to optimize project outcomes
  • Support budget forecasting, contract management, and ad hoc requests from stakeholders
