We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition & Operations to own both the operational infrastructure and execution of our acquisition marketing motions. Someone equally comfortable building campaigns in the tools, navigating complex cross-functional program requirements, and designing the systems that make delivering those campaigns faster and more scalable. You'll be expected to use AI tools as a core part of how you work — if you're actively experimenting with AI in your marketing work today, you'll feel at home here. We've already grown several North American programs to industry-leading EV driver adoption rates. Email is our most established acquisition channel, with a well-developed growth engine in place. The opportunity here is broader: we're growing our ecosystem of marketing affiliates and partners, while we refine digital acquisition and test new channels, and we need someone who can execute those campaigns while building the operational discipline behind our D2C growth engine. You’d be helping us establish our centre of excellence in scaling VPP and EV managed charging programs — one of the most important infrastructure challenges of the clean energy transition. This is a builder role for someone who gets energy from turning ambiguity into process, and process into results.
