About The Position

GPL Technologies and VFXnow are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to support our Senior Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategy across both brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates clearly, manages projects from start to finish, and ensures consistent delivery across multiple channels and team members. You won’t be responsible for high-level brand direction—that’s already set. Your job is to make things happen, manage workflows, follow through, and uphold the standard of quality our brands are known for.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, tech, media, entertainment, or related fields.
  • Strong English writing and editing skills (this is essential).
  • Exceptional organizational skills—projects don’t slip under your watch.
  • Confidence managing people, delegating tasks, and keeping everyone accountable.
  • Experience using HubSpot (email, workflows, lists, forms, dashboards).
  • Ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and solve problems independently.
  • Comfortable in a role that is more operational, structured, and execution-focused than creative.
  • Ability to work in a distributed team and communicate proactively.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with media & entertainment industry workflows.
  • Experience supporting leadership on multi-brand marketing.
  • Project management certification or experience with tools like Asana, Notion, or ClickUp.
  • Basic design familiarity to collaborate effectively with creative teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Own project timelines, tasks, and execution for campaigns across email, social, web, events, and paid media.
  • Manage and support a team of 3 (designer, content creator, coordinator) with clear delegation, communication, and follow-up.
  • Ensure all marketing projects move forward on schedule and meet quality expectations.
  • Maintain and improve internal marketing systems, processes, and documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally with sales, delivery, and leadership to gather inputs and keep initiatives aligned.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread marketing copy with strong attention to clarity, tone, and grammar.
  • Review and refine team content to ensure brand consistency across emails, web pages, case studies, scripts, and social posts.
  • Support long-form and short-form content development, including blogs, case studies, landing pages, and product messaging.
  • Help translate complex technical concepts into clear, straightforward language.
  • Build and optimize email campaigns, workflows, lists, and reporting dashboards inside HubSpot.
  • Support lead tracking, segmentation, and database organization.
  • Partner with sales to ensure marketing → pipeline alignment and clear reporting.
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Lead to bring strategy to life through structured execution.
  • Provide critical thinking and feedback to strengthen campaigns and creative.
  • Help ensure all marketing efforts reflect company priorities, key messages, and brand positioning.
