Wood Rodgers, a leading engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Corporate Communications Department. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that desires to actively collaborate and contribute to our growing team. This is a staffed, hourly, non-exempt position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field, with ten plus years of relevant marketing experience. AEC industry experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, with strong skills in InDesign.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication abilities, with creative writing skills beneficial.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking capabilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Solid understanding of core marketing principles.
  • Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, design, and production of marketing collateral and proposal materials for print and digital use.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, compelling visual and written content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Manage end‑to-end proposal development, including capture planning, coordination with technical teams, and ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Uphold brand standards and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing outputs.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors—photographers, printers, promotional suppliers—and coordinate with industry partners such as subconsultants and contractors.
  • Prepare and submit award entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to submission criteria.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and support updates related to clients, consultants, personnel, and mailing lists.
  • Organize and maintain the firm’s content library, including templates, boilerplates, visuals, and prior proposals.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, events, and related marketing deliverables.
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials, branded merchandise, and promotional items.
