The Senior Marketing Business Partner is responsible for driving organic growth across a designated region of practices.. This position serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving business growth through data-informed marketing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration, working independently to collaborate with field leaders. This senior-level role requires a strong strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze practice-level performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and develop and execute tailored growth plans. The Senior Marketing Business Partner will have strong demonstrated expertise and experience in at least two core aspects of marketing, as well as high proficiency with both analytics and operations within the eyecare industry. This role will proactively identify market trends, diagnose performance challenges, and spearhead strategic initiatives and/or core programs that enhance brand presence, patient acquisition, product and/or services adoption, and overall revenue performance. Additionally, this position will oversee high-impact marketing projects, lead vendor management and cross-functional coordination, and serve as a mentor to junior marketing partners.
