We are hiring for a new Marketing Business Partner to Develop and deliver marketing strategy across several GHD’s US and Canada market sectors. Primary focus is supporting business and growth strategies in US and Canada target geographies or client sectors through marketing campaigns and programs. This position can be based at any of our U.S offices across the country.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field of study
  • 5-10 years of marketing and communications experience in account-based marketing
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written - an open communication style
  • Works effectively with people and builds good working relationships
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Agile self-starter with a proactive, strategic and creative approach
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Demonstrable experience in Salesforce or like systems
  • Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an understanding of marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Key words: Marketing coordinator, marketing specialist

Responsibilities

  • With Marketing Lead to develop marketing and external comms strategy for priority growth geographies and sectors concentrated on client-focused, account-based marketing.
  • Execute the implementation of marketing plans using a mix of marketing channels (digital, paid media, events) with support from Americas marketing network.
  • Write, develop and produce market-specific content for variety of channels in collaboration with Americas marketing team (web, social, collateral, video, thought leadership, webinars)
  • Track and monitor data to help analyze the success of our campaigns and programs in collaboration with Americas marketing team.
