About The Position

Senior Marketing Analyst, Business Analytics is a subject matter expert for C-Shopper customer data insights, and the Customer Success resource for assigned Vendors subscribing to the C-Shopper Gateway platform. Externally focused to work directly with Vendor Users and drive Usages and engagement for 7-Eleven Customer Insights. This professional has service, data monetization revenues & business impact responsibilities with assigned Vendors, within assigned categories. This professional is actively demonstrating to both prospective and practicing Vendors how they may leverage C-Shopper Customer Insights to make better decisions for SEI. This professional will coordinate and conduct onsite and online User meetings with assigned Users. This professional will also engage and deliver Training, Coaching and Help Desk support, in order to develop Usages mastery of the C-Shopper Customer Insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of Customer Insights, Market Research, Business Analysis using C-Shopper Gateway platform or other retailer loyalty data platform.
  • Experience analyzing retailers' customer or POS data and prescriptive actions in pricing, promo and assortment.
  • Knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies in data analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage an audience with effective, data-based story telling.

Responsibilities

  • Owns C-Shopper's Customer Insights platform adoption and consumption for assigned User groups, in order to drive high platform usages and stickiness to improve 7-Eleven decision-making; leading to customer retention, trips and basket upsell opportunities.
  • Retention and Pursuit responsibilities among assigned Vendors to meet revenues growth objectives each year.
  • Pursuit responsibilities for engagement, adoption and high caliber usage, on-going, to cause and enable Users of the C-Shopper platform.
  • Business analytics skilled professional to deliver the C-Shopper implementation, customer product support needs, and overall adoption best practices into assigned user groups within the assigned Vendor teams.
  • Provides guidance and case studies to assigned user groups that demonstrate real, high-value insights that they should present to SEI Merchants, often vetting Users analysis prior to sharing with SEI Merchants.
  • Partners with assigned User groups to act as the voice of the customer to help drive SEI customer-centric sales and marketing strategies for Supplier's products, including coaching assigned Vendors on Suppliers' opportunities.
  • Deliver Vendor Users' success processes, including Users' onboarding, ongoing support strategies. Also delivers ad hoc project analytics and presentations, as needed, to support complex external user needs and select external Suppliers' commercial projects
  • Helps define metrics for measuring C-Shopper program impact, Users' satisfaction, product Usages, and assigned User groups growth / productivity.
  • Develop strong partnerships with client user groups. Develops change champions to drive focus on program objectives and milestones. Anticipates and removes barriers that slow down or prevent teams from delivering on project goals.
  • Conducts and reports on User group evaluations and feedback. Communicate effectively with other Users and team mates to drive adoption and success.
  • Continuously reviews market and customer trends to improve the user experience, drive operational excellence, and drive User skills and innovative approaches among assigned user groups, leveraging our Partner Vendor.
  • Present weekly implementations, operations, usages and External monetization status to Sr. Manager, Business Development and team.
