A Day in the Life The Medtronic Tempe Campus is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and manage a direct and Indirect labor force that operate the Building 8 stock base area (24/7), Shipping and Receiving for the Campus, Chemical handeling and indirect Material replenishment thru external vendor. Candidate will collaborate with Operation, Quality, Sourcing, Planning and Engineering on a daily bases. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets. Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function. Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience.
