About The Position

We are seeking a driven and organized Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution within our production environment. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring accuracy and quality, and maintaining strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required for candidates with proven, relevant experience.
  • 3-7 years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain planning, and quality systems.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate submittals, lead times, deliveries, and installation with general contractors and customers based on site readiness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to required specifications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, task lists, and resource plans.
  • Outline project tasks and delegate responsibilities to appropriate team members.
  • Conduct cost analysis and develop accurate project cost estimates.
  • Prepare, manage, and track project budgets, implementing cost-saving measures as needed.
  • Oversee project communication, addressing questions, concerns, and customer feedback throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company, customers, general contractors, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, procurement, and marketing to support project execution and product rollout.
  • Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, and contractual regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing processes and workflows.
  • Monitor expenses and maintain adherence to budget targets.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
