You’ll inform assigned employees of production and material problems and coordinate with support groups to resolve problems affecting schedules. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior production supervisory experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge of production activities
  • Excellent motivation, leadership, mentoring and facilitating skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
