About The Position

As the Senior Manager , Brand Partnerships & Experiential, you will lead the development and be hands-on for the execution of brand partnerships, experiential activations, and consumer events from concept through completion, managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery and production of culturally relevant ideas that align with brand strategy and drive audience awareness and tune-in. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. This role matters in the company as it directly impacts brand visibility and consumer engagement, requiring skills in strategic thinking, planning, and collaboration. The role will support both brand partnerships and experiential / consumer activations. Responsibilities may lean more toward one area depending on candidate strengths, but capability in both is required. The team manages a high volume of concurrent projects, and the hire will be expected to take ownership quickly. Work includes: Developing and executing consumer activations Managing brand partnerships tied to company IP Ensuring all IP usage and assets are properly approved Delivering marketing value exchange (in-kind partnerships)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in entertainment or a related industry with a strong focus on brand partnerships, events, and experiential marketing.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple high-volume projects with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience building strong working relationships with senior leadership, internal partners, external brands, producers, and talent.
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with minimal direction.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, persuasively, and professionally.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required, and to travel for events as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva.
  • Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience with: Brand partnerships (value-exchange / in-kind) Consumer activations or consumer events
  • Collaborative working style; role operates within a small, highly collaborative team
  • Must be comfortable managing approvals, assets, and multiple stakeholders
  • BA/BS Degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of brand partnerships, experiential activations, and consumer events from concept through completion, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure external brand partners by leading outreach, partner meetings, and development of compelling pitch materials.
  • Manage agencies and partners through RFPs, creative development, and execution while ensuring strong ROI and alignment with brand priorities.
  • Own timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and adjusting plans to ensure on-time execution.
  • Oversee contract and SOW processes in partnership with Legal and Business Affairs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved deal points.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key internal partners and external stakeholders, securing meaningful promotional placements and integrations.
  • Develop and present clear status updates, presentations, and post-campaign recaps to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute innovative, culturally relevant ideas that align with brand strategy and drive audience awareness and tune-in.
