In this role, you will be responsible for leading plan operations and complance activities associated with Deloitte's US Wealth Accumulation Program, the Deloitte branded retirement program consisting of 401(k) savings and profit-sharing defined contribution plans and cash balance defined benefit plans. You will oversee the work of a Manager and a Senior Specialist, coordinate with various internal and external stakeholder groups, and report to the Senior Manager, Wealth Accumulation Leader. The individual selected for this role must have the ability to lead multiple concurrent projects against competing deadlines, present to and influence executives, manage confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion, and manage and perform duties in a virtual environment.
