About The Position

The Senior Manager, Technology Operations is accountable for improving associate performance through technology enablement, performance insights, and operational optimization. This role focuses on how associates learn, execute, and improve by ensuring they are supported with the right tools, guidance, and insights at the right moment. The Senior Manager partners closely with Operations, Learning and Development, Quality, Knowledge, and Analytics to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, consistency, and time to proficiency across CES.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, technology enablement, or performance optimization
  • 6 plus years supporting frontline associate performance, enablement, or workforce effectiveness programs
  • Experience translating performance data into actionable operational improvements
  • Strong collaboration skills across Operations, Learning, Quality, and Technology teams
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

  • Experience with performance analytics, QA insights, or training automation
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, knowledge systems, or agent assist tools
  • Experience operating in large scale, high volume service environments
  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Associate Performance Strategy and Ownership
  • Own the CES Associate Performance Optimization program and roadmap
  • Define performance improvement initiatives aligned to operational priorities and frontline realities
  • Identify performance gaps driven by tooling, process, training, or knowledge issues
  • Enablement, Insights, and Optimization
  • Partner with Learning and Development to automate and personalize training and enablement
  • Collaborate with Quality and Analytics teams to leverage QA insights and performance data
  • Support deployment and adoption of AI assisted guidance, performance intelligence, and coaching tools
  • Observe associate workflows to identify cognitive load and execution bottlenecks and translate findings into technology and process improvements
  • Measurement and Execution
  • Track and report performance improvements tied to productivity, quality, and ramp time
  • Drive measurable reductions in time to proficiency through improved tooling, training automation, and in workflow guidance
  • Drive adoption of tools and insights through strong change management and operational alignment
  • Ensure initiatives deliver sustained performance improvement and operational value.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
