The eComm Fulfillment & Transactions team is part of eComm business team and ensures our fulfillment experience & operations drive efficiency, profitability, sustainable growth and great customer experiences. In this high-visibility leadership role, you will be responsible for optimizing profitability, cost efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives across Walmart’s omnichannel fulfillment ecosystem. You will analyze business performance, identify growth and cost opportunities, and enhance fulfillment experiences to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and margin expansion by working on end-to-end propositions. You will collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, including Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Store & Fulfillment Operations, Merchandising, and Data Science teams. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with a strong business acumen who thrives in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment and is comfortable working through ambiguity to define strategies and execute with impact.
