About The Position

About the team: The Delivery Growth Enablement team at Last Mile leads the design and rollout of strategic initiatives focused on Unscheduled Delivery for B2B clients. This team manages high-impact programs requiring strong stakeholder engagement, detailed planning, and effective program management. Members collaborate across functions to drive operational excellence and implement technology strategies that support business goals. The Senior Manager leads the planning and execution of complex technology programs aligned with strategic objectives. This role oversees financial management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation across multiple projects while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. The position requires translating business needs into actionable technology solutions, driving operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in program management, business operations, and technology strategy, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams to deliver measurable business value and maintain high standards of integrity and performance.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting and cost monitoring for multiple projects.
  • Proven ability to define program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of technology strategies and their application to business operations.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, with excellent communication and influencing skills to build consensus.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, mitigation, and program monitoring to ensure successful delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving business plans, developing talent, and fostering high-performing teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions supporting organizational priorities.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize program delivery and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions and drive consensus.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through scenario planning and proactive response strategies.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Support continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and emerging technology trends.
