About The Position

Position Summary... The Senior Manager, Technology Operations – B2B Site Experience is a critical leadership role within Technology Operations, responsible for the end-to-end operational execution, performance, and continuous evolution of the Walmart Business digital experience. This role serves as the business and operational owner of live site execution, including the homepage and key cross-site experiences, while also driving the development, scaling, and optimization of the underlying technology platforms and capabilities that power them. This leader blends day-to-day operational rigor with forward-looking technology and capability leadership, ensuring customer-facing experiences are reliable, scalable, secure, and high-performing. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams, the Senior Manager translates business strategy into durable technical requirements, influences roadmaps, and enables platforms and tools that support seamless, enterprise-scale B2B shopping experiences. What you'll do... Own the operational execution of the Walmart Business site, including homepage programming and cross-site journeys, ensuring accuracy, stability, performance, and launch readiness for ongoing events, releases, and enhancements. Serve as the technology operations owner for site experience capabilities, partnering with Product and Engineering to define requirements, prioritize work, and scale reusable, well-architected solutions across the platform. Drive the evolution of technology-enabled site capabilities such as homepage frameworks, event tooling, content management systems, taxonomy, search, and personalization to support business growth and evolving customer needs. Apply data, analytics, and operational insights to monitor site health, diagnose issues, and drive measurable improvements across performance, conversion, engagement, reliability, and operational efficiency. Balance run-the-business execution with build-the-future initiatives, ensuring operational excellence today while advancing long-term platform, tooling, and experience capabilities. Influence without authority by aligning cross-functional partners across Technology, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Merchandising, and Business teams to deliver outcomes at scale. Establish and mature operational rhythms, workflows, governance models, and performance standards that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enable consistent, high-quality delivery. Mentor, develop, and retain high-performing associates, building strong operational and technology-minded talent pipelines. How You’ll Make an Impact Lead the end-to-end operational ownership of the Walmart Business site experience, ensuring customer-centric journeys powered by scalable, enterprise-grade technology capabilities. Act as a strategic technology and operations partner to senior leaders and stakeholders by aligning priorities, surfacing insights, and ensuring initiatives are executed through a technology-first, operationally sound approach. Develop repeatable processes, operating models, and performance measurement frameworks that improve execution, enable informed decision-making, and support continuous improvement. Leverage analytical rigor and business acumen to assess trends, evaluate initiatives, manage risk, and identify opportunities to enhance site performance and customer experience. Minimum Qualifications... Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Digital Platforms, Site Operations, Digital Product, or technology-enabled eCommerce environments. Demonstrated experience owning live digital site execution, operational performance, and cross-functional delivery. Strong analytical, process-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions. Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments. Preferred Qualifications... Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of people leadership or team management experience. Experience supporting B2B or enterprise-scale eCommerce platforms. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
