About The Position

Role summary: The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management, leads the planning and execution of complex, large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders. About the team: The New Ventures & Growth team collaborates with internal stakeholders to analyze product roadmaps, identify gaps, and develop strategic solutions. By engaging with external venture capitalists and startups, the team drives innovation through partnerships and acquisitions. This group aligns technology and business objectives to support scalable growth initiatives. Members utilize program management expertise to coordinate complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence. The team focuses on structured problem-solving and clear communication, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration and delivering impactful results across various programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, partnerships, corporate development, or product innovation roles.
  • Extensive experience in program and project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and delivery of large-scale, complex technical programs.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and align multiple teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software and hardware lifecycles, cloud infrastructure, system design, and service management frameworks.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication, and conflict resolution to ensure alignment and drive consensus.
  • Skilled in data-driven problem solving, impact analysis, and continuous process improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and promoting operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs, managing cross-functional dependencies and resource allocation to meet delivery goals.
  • Define program scopes, stage gates, and critical paths while driving clarity and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance of system solutions.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to maintain program momentum.
  • Establish and improve scalable workflows, prioritization frameworks, and automation opportunities to enhance program efficiency.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.
