You will be the single-threaded owner across Salesforce Products (Sales/Experience/Service/Data/Einstein/Slack) integrating with Benevity, Epoch, Workday, Slack, Tableau, and Marketing Cloud, delivering secure, scalable features, reliable data, and measurable adoption and CSAT. This is a hands-on technical product leadership role—less program administration, more design, retrofitting, data governance, and integration working in tight partnership with ES Product Management, Equality, Engagement, Impact, Philanthropy, IT/DET, Employee Comms, and other leaders.
