The Technical Lead, Oracle Record to Report (RTR) and Acquire to Retire (ATR) is a subject-matter expert responsible for leading the design, development, configuration, implementation, and optimization of the full RTR and ATR lifecycle using Oracle ERP Cloud applications. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge and translating business needs into functional specifications, managing system configurations, leading testing efforts, and providing user training and support for financial modules like Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Payables, Accounting Hub and General ledger modules including working knowledge of EPM, EDMCS, ARCS, TRCS and FCCS. The associate will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements and lead technical teams and system integrators to build effective solutions and provide expert advice and support throughout the project lifecycle and beyond. In this role, the candidate will assume technical ownership of product delivery and advocate for appropriate industry standards and best practices that align with the company’s technology framework, guidelines and polices.
