Job Description: Location: Onsite 3 days a wee in Palo Alto, CA (no remote) As the Senior Manager Technical Enablement, you will elevate the technical depth, readiness, and field excellence of Uniphore’s Sales Engineering and Customer Success functions. You will design and scale role based enablement programs that translate our latest product innovations into practical, customer ready assets—playbooks, demos, agentic workflows, and hands-on labs—so teams can drive outcomes from first engagement through adoption and expansion. You will also design and rollout Sales Engineering skills for Discovery & Use Case, Demo Mastery, Workshopping, Architecture renderings. This position reports to the Vice President of Revenue Strategy & Operations and works within a broader GTM Enablement function. Technical Enablement Strategy: Define a people centric, scalable enablement strategy for Sales Engineering and Customer Success; establish clear success metrics and continuously measure impact supporting the SVP of Sales Engineering and the VP of Customer Success. Programs & Content: Own the portfolio of role-based learning paths, technical playbooks, demo scripts, solution architectures, hands-on labs, and customer scenarios—updated to reflect the latest product features and agentic patterns. Thought Leadership & Trusted Advisor Frameworks: Position SE/SA and CSM as trusted advisors in Data & AI with frameworks for discovery, value mapping, demo to win, whiteboarding/workshopping, Quarter Business Reviews, Onboarding, and executive narrative. Field Readiness & Role Excellence: Drive readiness cadences, certifications, and on-the-job assessments that validate skills in data fabric, knowledge retrieval, model orchestration (open/closed LLMs & SLMs), and agentic design. Cross Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success Leadership to turn new releases into field ready assets. Tooling & Automation: Leverage Uniphore’s own platform and our enablement tech (Seismic, Synthesia, Articulate, Adobe) to personalize learning, capture telemetry, and embed AI agents in enablement workflows (content retrieval, demo assembly, call insights). Executive Communication: Provide crisp, data backed updates to GTM leadership on enablement outcomes; escalate blockers and align on priorities across business units.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in technical enablement, Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Learning & Enablement at scale—ideally in enterprise Data & AI, but experience with Enterprise Data Lakes / Warehouses, Hybrid Multi-Cloud / Hyperscale is also good as well.
  • across several industries: Finance, Insurance, High Tech, Telecommunications, & Business Services
  • Handson expertise with AI/ML and cloud data stacks; familiarity with LLM/SLM governance, retrieval, and agent orchestration.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex topics into role specific content, labs, and demos; track outcomes with clear success metrics.
  • Executive communication skills; ability to partner across Product, Engineering, GTM, and regional leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enablement roadmaps for SE/SA & CSM roles; create content & programs that enable SE / SA to successfully discover, demo, architect, and solution for clients across our suite of products & solutions.
  • Support Produce demo environments and multiagent scenarios that highlight security, governance, and composability; instrument usage and field feedback loops.
  • Run readiness cycles—bootcamps, labs, and certifications—with measurable proficiency targets; report impact on pipeline velocity and technical win rates.
  • Translate product updates into customer ready narratives and solution architectures; publish playbooks and “art of the possible” workshop materials.
