As a Senior Manager on the Talent Data Analytics & Insights team, you will bring deep analytical expertise to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Enterprise Talent programs. Your work will span a diverse array of solutions-from talent analytics to process automation-delivering insights that shape how we attract, develop, and retain top talent. In this role, you will build strong cross-functional partnerships with Talent, HR, and business leaders to understand their needs and deliver impactful data-driven solutions. As a Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Insights, you will play a meaningful role in delivering high-quality, impactful analytics and insights to Talent, HR and business leaders.. You will lead efforts to transform candidate, associate, and operational data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Learning and Development. Leveraging tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and data visualization platforms - Tableau/Power BI, you will design and implement data workflows, models, and dashboards that make talent data accessible, interpretable, and impactful. You will also support workforce data initiatives, ensuring analytics solutions are aligned with business needs and delivered efficiently. Your ability to uncover trends, tell compelling data stories, and translate complex analytics into business recommendations will be instrumental in shaping the future of our talent strategy. Your technical skills will support the business in making data-driven talent decisions. The work you do will allow the analysts to communicate trends, patterns, and predictive information found within talent-related data using various analytical and statistical tools and techniques.
