The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition is a hands-on, working leader responsible for actively recruiting BCBAs while managing and developing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. This is not a passive or purely strategic role. You will recruit, lead, hold standards, and ensure execution. You will own BCBA recruiting outcomes, enforce established recruiting processes, track KPIs, train new recruiters, and partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring demand is met consistently and predictably. This is a role for someone who takes pride in execution, values structure, and understands that strong recruiting teams are built, not improvised.
