Our Recruitment, Inclusion, and Culture (RIC) team seeks a Senior Manager to drive business outcomes across the North America market. As the recruiting leader for North America, you will lead a team of recruiting professionals and work with senior leaders to attract top talent and enable career growth at HP. This role involves leading and managing a market recruiting team, optimizing recruitment processes for efficiency and compliance, developing and tracking talent acquisition metrics, integrating the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to enhance candidate experience, providing consultative thought leadership on sourcing strategies, developing and achieving market-level hiring targets, building strong cross-functional relationships with HR and business management teams, overseeing annual recruitment strategies and strategic hiring projects, enabling the recruitment team to utilize key tools and channels, acting as a strategic advisor, and continuously expanding knowledge on recruitment trends, the talent market, and competitive insights.
