About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for our Global GTM & Executive Hiring to redefine how we attract, assess, and hire world-class talent. This is not a traditional recruiting leadership role. This is a strategic, consultative talent leader who will partner directly with C-level executives to build exceptional teams, while modernizing our approach to hiring through AI-enabled talent practices, data driven decision making, and best-in-class assessment strategies. The Opportunity You will operate at the intersection of executive recruiting, global GTM talent strategy, and next-generation hiring practices, with broad oversight across all US hiring. This role is about more than filling roles, it’s about enabling a system that consistently delivers exceptional talent. Help shape how Nexthink leverages AI across the full hiring lifecycle, from top-of-funnel attraction through assessment and selection, while enabling leaders to make confident, high-quality hiring decisions. You will lead with partnership, trust, and accountability, becoming a go-to advisor for executives and hiring managers alike.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in recruiting with significant experience hiring for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Pre & Post Sales Professionals) in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales talent markets, including North America and ideally, international regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build proactive pipelines and support rapid scaling initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence; credible partner to C-level stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, shaping hiring strategy aligned to revenue growth and business priorities.
  • Partner deeply with leaders to define what “great” looks like, calibrate hiring decisions, and elevate talent quality across the organization.
  • Support the adoption of AI-driven tools and practices across sourcing, screening, and selection to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Partner in the design and implementation of structured, data-driven assessment frameworks that enable better, more objective hiring decisions.
  • Enable and coach hiring managers on best-in-class interviewing, selection, and decision-making practices.
  • Continuously evolve hiring processes to balance efficiency, candidate experience, and rigor.
  • Personally lead and deliver executive and senior leadership searches, particularly across GTM, G&A and strategic business roles.
  • Partner with Executive search firms as needed.
  • Oversee GTM hiring across US, EMEA, META, APAC ensuring strong, proactive pipelines. Driving consistency and excellence across regions.
  • Support and guide hiring across all US functions, ensuring high standards in talent quality and process.
  • Oversee and strengthen the US intern and early careers program, building a strong pipeline of emerging talent.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team, raising the bar on consultative partnership, execution, and accountability.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making, including pipeline health, hiring quality, and process effectiveness.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
