About The Position

The B2C Recommerce role is responsible for leading our online marketplace resell business as well as our restock strategy and execution for returns. This role partners with leaders across merchandising, supply chain and store operations to provide B2C Recommerce solutions. Anticipated travel for this role is up to 25%.

Requirements

  • Merchandising expertise: A strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and practices, including experience managing inventory, analyzing sales trends, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Operational excellence: Proven ability to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and implement improvements that deliver measurable results.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience partnering with merchandising, supply chain, product, and technology teams to champion initiatives and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset: Demonstrated success in delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments, leveraging data to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication: Ability to clearly and persuasively articulate complex ideas to all levels of leadership, including executives, and present data-driven insights to influence decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
