About The Position

Requirements

Are a self-starter with a builder mindset, comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity.
Have strong communication skills and can juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Have experience leading cross-functional projects without direct authority.
Bring a background in ocean freight forwarding, supply chain, and operational automation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of experience in operations management, automation, logistics, or a related area.
OR 6 years of experience in operations management, automation, logistics, or a related area.
2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
2 years of experience developing automation or logistics solution strategies.
2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.

Ensure Operational Excellence: Monitor performance, remove obstacles, and drive continuous improvement across ocean origin operations.
