About The Position

Take the lead in shaping the future of retail logistics as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management- End to End. Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, resolving escalations and implementing process improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Internalized Parcel (IP) sortation with the ambient network initiatives including overseeing strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination for IP. Leverage data-driven insights through dashboard, KPIs, and performance analytics that will improve the programs performance. Standardize metrics and processes across the network to reduce variability and improve scalability. Guide and develop associates, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team environment. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results through people. Support to the field during the operating hours which is overnight to provide speed to the customer. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
