Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency with procurement technologies, preferably Coupa.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with spend analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Effective negotiation and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support Category Strategy Execution by collaborating on sourcing initiatives.
• Assist in managing vendor performance through business reviews and KPIs.
• Lead RFx processes including evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure contracts align with business objectives in partnership with Legal and Finance.
• Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing initiatives meet organizational needs.
• Identify opportunities for improving sourcing processes and increasing efficiency.
• Support compliance with sourcing policies and vendor due diligence.
