Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency with procurement technologies, preferably Coupa.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with spend analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Effective negotiation and organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support Category Strategy Execution by collaborating on sourcing initiatives.
- Assist in managing vendor performance through business reviews and KPIs.
- Lead RFx processes including evaluations and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure contracts align with business objectives in partnership with Legal and Finance.
- Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing initiatives meet organizational needs.
- Identify opportunities for improving sourcing processes and increasing efficiency.
- Support compliance with sourcing policies and vendor due diligence.
