About The Position

The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships will be a critical player in building CHAOS's defense industry partnerships. Sitting within the Corporate Development & Partnerships team, this role is responsible for building and advancing partnerships with large defense integrators, primes, and technology companies that extend CHAOS's reach, accelerate its go-to-market, and position the company on key capture efforts and bids. This is a DC-based role requiring deep familiarity with the defense industry and the ability to learn about and articulate the unique value of CHAOS solutions to industry partners.

Requirements

  • 6 – 10 years of experience in the defense industry including but not limited to business development, program management, systems engineering, or military/government service
  • Existing familiarity and / or relationships within the defense prime and integrator ecosystem
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition, contracting vehicles, and the C-UAS or sensing market preferred
  • Strong communicator who can represent CHAOS credibly with senior counterparts at large organizations
  • Active security clearance preferred; eligibility required

  • BD or capture experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage day-to-day relationships with a defined portfolio of strategic partners, including large defense integrators and primes
  • Lead partner engagement from initial outreach through teaming agreement execution including identifying the right contacts, structuring partner objectives and structures, and managing follow-through
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities tied to specific programs, vehicles, and capture efforts
  • Develop partner-facing materials including briefings, teaming frameworks, and capability presentations
  • Coordinate internally across BD, capture, product, and legal to ensure partnership activities translate into contract and revenue opportunities
  • Represent CHAOS at key industry events, conferences, and government forums
  • Track partner landscape intelligence including new contract awards, org changes, competitive positioning and surface relevant insights to leadership
  • Maintain Salesforce tracking of partner activities and engagements
