Position Summary Drives the successful execution of strategic initiatives within the organization by collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure their effective implementation. Creates thorough analysis of strategic initiatives, assessing feasibility, resource requirements, and potential risks. Handles the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Advises on strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making and ensure strategic alignment across the organization. Develops change management strategies to drive successful adoption and integration of strategic initiatives. Identifies potential barriers to change and develop plans to overcome resistance, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Coaches stakeholders throughout the change process, addressing concerns and fostering a positive change culture. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including executives, department heads, and project managers, to ensure effective coordination and integration of strategic initiatives. Advises on opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and implement tools or methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure effective execution of solution strategies Evaluates the success and impact of solution strategies, gathers feedback, analyzes performance metrics, and makes data-driven recommendations for improvement. Extracts knowledge and insights from data in order to investigate complex business problems through a range of data preparation, modeling, analysis and/or visualization techniques

Requirements

  • 7+ years work experience
  • Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Adept at business intelligence
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
