The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: The Senior Manager of Strategic Finance will serve as a senior thought partner to Finance and Executive leadership, driving high-impact financial analysis, long-range planning, and strategic decision support. This role will own core strategic finance responsibilities, including financial modeling, investment evaluation, and scenario planning, while partnering cross-functionally to support key company-wide initiatives. The position blends rigorous analytics with clear executive communication and strong stakeholder management. The Opportunity: Strategic Finance Leadership: Own investment evaluations, complex financial models, and scenario analyses supporting company strategy. Executive Decision Support: Partner with senior leaders on high-stakes strategic questions, capital allocation, and growth tradeoffs. Planning & Forecasting: Elevate long-range planning, forecasting accuracy, and board-facing financial narratives. Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across Finance, Business Units, Legal, and Executive teams to ensure alignment and execution. How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, or related roles, Demonstrated ownership of executive-level decision support and complex, company-wide initiatives. Deeply analytical, with an investor-grade financial toolkit. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-pressure, high-visibility contexts. Clear, confident communicator with strong executive presence. Highly organized operator who can run complex, multi-threaded initiatives. Trusted partner who balances rigor, speed, and judgment. Track record of influencing C-suite and Board-level decisions through clear, compelling financial narratives. Comfortable setting direction, not just executing, including defining frameworks, priorities, and standards for strategic finance. Able to balance hands-on rigor with strategic altitude, knowing when to dive deep and when to guide at a high level. Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only) In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package. Requirements
