The Senior Manager, Sportsbook Coordination helps shape how the Sportsbook team operates day-to-day by improving processes, creating structure, and ensuring teams stay connected and focused on execution. Reporting to the Sportsbook Program Director, this role leads cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and enhance organizational performance. You’ll immerse yourself in the operations, build trusted partnerships with operational leaders, and translate what you learn into actionable insights that drive progress. This leader will manage a team of Analysts and continue to shape how the coordination function operates by strengthening processes, improving workflows, and supporting the team as its scope continues to expand. The Senior Manager ensures the team scales effectively as the Sportsbook grows, balancing day-to-day execution with people leadership. The ideal candidate brings a blend of operational discipline, analytical strength, and team development experience, with the ability to create order out of complexity, drive accountability, and ensure the coordination team delivers consistent, high-quality output.
